Combat Service

The M61 Vulcan equips the most legendary fighters of the USAF and US Navy: F-4 Phantom II, F-14 Tomcat, F-15 Eagle, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F/A-18 Hornet, F-22 Raptor, and F-35 Lightning II. It has participated in all American conflicts from Vietnam to the Middle East, shooting down enemy aircraft, destroying ground targets, and providing suppressive fire.
