Our badges are not cut with with scissors and we don´t copy designs without permission from the owner or designer. The merrowed edge is made with braided thread and is suitable for embroidered patches with regular circular, oval, square, etc. while sometimes the embroidered emblem has shapes with many curves or corners such as a crown, the head of an eagle, etc. In these cases the laser cut edge is perfect and the best choice from a technical point of view. Finally we will talk about the back of the patch. Depending on the place and use that we are going to give to the embroidered patch, it may have nothing on the back, in the case that has to be sewn on clothes directly, female velcro when it is going to be attached to a male velcro base, or thermoadhesive back. When this last option is choosen you can iron the badge on the clothes using the mentioned adhesive, preferably with a professional iron due to the need for high pressure and temperature.
