We are a very small self employed and tiny business. We depict on our designs with the best quality possible to provide fine art results for motor and military fans.
However, in one very important respect, these artworks do play a vital role in that they help inspire younger designers and fans all over the world.
Our artworks are artistic interpretations of real airplanes, cars, motorcycles... They are artistic rendering and non-photorealistic rendering as well as painting, that for their nature are not exact reproductions of the original models. We invest a lot of energy to ensure proper use of them to avoid any damage or misuse. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our website or is displayed on one of our products please notify us immediately as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).
Product Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of data and, in this sense, if difficulties arise in their supply, or if no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give information about quality substitutes and equal to or greater which you can order value. If you do not wish to order such substitute products we will reimburse any monies that you might have paid.
Refusal to place an order
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and / or remove or edit any materials or content. Although we do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or to any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not, remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
Right to withdraw the purchase
Delivery
Unless extraordinary circumstances, try submitting the order of / the product / s listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is not specified, in within 15 days from the date of confirmation of shipment; except for international shipments will be 30 days. The delay may be due to the following reasons: Unforeseen circumstances Caravan delivery. If for some reason we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this fact and give you the option to proceed with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with full refund of the price paid. Please note however that does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays both local and national. For the purposes of these Conditions shall apply to have occurred "delivery" or that the / the product / s have been "delivered / s" at the time of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.
Undeliverable
If we are unable after two attempts, to deliver, we will try to find a safe place to leave your parcel. We will leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how to collect it. If you are not in the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange the delivery on another day which may impact on a price increase as a result of transport.
Price and payment
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order shall be canceled and you will receive a full refund that would have been paid. We will not be obliged to supply the / the product / s to incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have been recognized in a reasonable manner by you as incorrect price. The prices on the website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as placing the order. Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent a Confirmation.
Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your basket, your next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do so:

Fill in or check the contact information, the details of your order, the shipping address and billing address.
Select the method of shipping you want or best suits your needs.
Check the box to authorize the General Conditions of Purchase.
Select the desired payment mode.
If your method of payment is Paypal, the charge will be made at the time that we confirm the order and this will be sent to the verified address in your Paypal account. If your payment method is Contrareembolso, the amount corresponding to that mode is added, which is specified when ordering.
Value added tax
All purchases made through the website is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) is whatever the destination.
Responsibility and liability
Our liability in connection with any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of such Product. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit in any way our liability: For death or personal injury caused by our negligence; In case of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or in any case in which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or limit, or attempt to exclude or limit our liability. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph and in so far as permitted by law, and unless these Conditions otherwise provided, we accept no liability for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of losses or major damages, arising in any way, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, including but not limited to the following: loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings; data loss; and time wasted management or office hours. Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information is produced, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this website unless it is established otherwise expressly therein. All product descriptions, information and materials contained in this website are provided "as is where is" and without any express, implied or arising otherwise guarantees. As far as possible as allowed by law, we exclude all warranties leaving than those warranties which can not lawfully be excluded in front of consumers. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor your right to cancel the Contract.
Notifications
We may give notice to either the e-mail or to the address provided by you when placing an order. It is understood that the notifications have been received and properly served 24 hours after an email, or three days have been sent after the date of posting of any letter. To prove that the notification has been made, it is sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, which had the right direction, was properly sealed and was duly given in emails or in a mailbox, in the case of an email that the same was sent to the email address specified by the receiver.
Warranty
All customers ESCUADRONES.ES © benefit from the guarantee given by the various manufacturers of each of the items. Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty. The shortages in the functionality of the items, due to limited conception of them, are also excluded from warranty coverage.
